Cisco has announced an EOL/ EOS Notice for CUSP (Cisco unified SIP Proxy). 

Expertflow provides a cloud SIP Proxy service that acts as a replacement for Cisco CUSP, as well as a Session Border Controller for Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams for 50 USD per connected node/ tenant per month.
