CodeVsCovid – Mass citizen communication via livechat and chatbots

Our solution for https://www.versusvirus.ch/ enables authorities or healthcare providers to absorb large volumes of requests via chat. We are one of 14 Chat/ Chatbot solutions that have been submitted for CodevsCovid.

We would like to work with one or multiple of these chatbot projects in case one or several get selected. Our solution has been deployed around the world, including at suicide hotlines, poison centers and government authorities.

We enhance existing Chat bots (which are typically static and have a limited use case) with live agents, and through any chat channel (SMS, Whatsapp, FB Messenger, Viber, WeChat,…). Human agents and chatbots can work hand in hand to respond to citizen or SMB queries.
