Expertflow has legal entities in Europe, Asia and the Middle East in order to profit from a long-term expertise, as well as a competitve cost structure. Expertflow FZE was founded in 2006 in the UAE as a local subsidiary of B&S, whose employees were working with Cisco IPCC since 2000 in Switzerland and Germany. In order to serve Emerging Markets better, Expertflow was spinned off in 2007 in a management buy-out. Expertflow is since entirely owned by the management and has no legal affiliation with B&S. Expertflow has no debts and a solid cash flow.
