Offre d'emploi: Ingénieur de développement logiciels, basé à Rabat

Nous cherchons un ingénieur logiciel pour cette position basé à Rabat/ Agdal. Vous serez specialisé dans le développement de connecteurs CTI entre le centre de contact cisco et des applications de relation clientèle tels que MSCRM, SugarCRM et applications clients. Vous ferez partie d'une jeune équipe de actuellement 5 personnes au Maroc et travaillerez étroitement ensemble avec les équipes de développement au Caire et à Lahore/ Pakistan.

Vous travaillerez également avec nos clients, ainsi que avec des fournisseurs de logiciel tels que Cisco, Microsoft, SugarCRM, SAP, Siebel/Oracle et autres.

Pre-requis

Vous avez un diplôme en ingénierie du logiciel d'une grande école, et au mois deux ans d'expérience professionelle en tant que developpeur de logiciels.

Vous avez déjà développé des applications avec Webservices, HTTP REST/ BOSH. Vous connaissez idéalement (mais pas pré-requis) des environnements Ajax, .NET, C++ et Java, RDBMS, UML développements avec XMPP, Ruby on Rails, ECMA323, JTAPI, XML, VXML, outils CRM tels que MSCRM ou SugarCRM.

Vous avez idéalement de l'experience avec des outils de gestion de code-source, et avez travaillé sur la gestion qualité et écriture de manuels utilisateurs.

Le Français et l'Anglais sont pré-requis, l'Espagnol serait un grand avantage.

Job Offer: Product manager, based in Lahore

You will be responsible to manage update our product portfolio that we propose to our integration partners in EMEAR (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia). You will be working closely with our presales, as well as our CEO, and interact frequently with subject-matter experts. You will be following in details our partner's product news, bill of materials, price lists, product descriptions, and adapt our product and services portfolio accordingly, and update/ formalize this information into our offer tool. This includes doing due diligence, verifying hardware, software and storage requirements as well as other dependencies, reading updated technical documentation and writing product descriptions.

The job is primarily a very qualified administrative back-office job without budget responsibility or marketing activities. However, you will eventually also support/ train our worldwide partners via Webconferences in creating offers for our end clients.

To a large extent, the products you will be managing will be SW from our partners (Cisco, Zoom, Teleopti, Microsoft...), as well as our own services products.

Pre-requirements

You are a proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, MS Project), knowing in Excel how to work with Pivot tables, create subtotals. You know how to structure Word documents, have been working with Word tags and bookmarks, and ideally know how to integrate Sharepoint with Excel. You possibly programmed VBA lookups from Excel to Sharepoint, and worked with MS Project. You are comfortable with complex Excel formulas and logical statements (if...then...else, roundup,..), and can work very systematically and independently.

You have a major in Computer Sciences, Telecommunications, Accounting, Economics or English literature with an interest or training in the areas where you don't hold a major.

Your written english expression is excellent, and you possibly (not a pre-requirement, but clear advantage) speak either Arabic or French. A verification of English literacy against the points mentioned under the "part-time English teacher" will be part of your entry test. You are able to formulate elaborate technical features in layman's terms.

You might have some .NET or PYTHON programming background (not a pre-requirement).

You ideally have 2-3 years working experience as a presales with a systems integrator, working possibly with IPT/ callcenters or CRM solutions.

No travels are required.

Job Offer: SW engineer based in Lahore

For this job based in our office in one of our offices we are looking for an SW programmer. You will be responsible to develop our CTI connectors between UCCE and different CRM platforms.

Pre-requirements

You ideally know Webservices, Ajax, and you might have worked with Azure, Java and .Net.

Vous have a master in computer sciences, and at least two years experience as a SW programmer/ architect.

Job Offer: part-time English teacher, Model Town Lahore

This is a part-time job for weekly on-site English classes to our team in Model Town, Lahore, during approx 2-4 hours per week. It could be a student in his last years in the English Facultyat the University of Punjab. The persons to be trained are all university graduates, many with PhD's in Computer Sciences and use English as their daily working language. We would like to polish these English skills.

Pre-requirements
